An intimate 90 minute class just for you. To arrive here as you are, to let the events of the day wash away, devoting time for you to soften, surrender, space for you to breathe.

These guided meditation + reiki classes are designed for you to drop into your body, and to see with your heart.

To gently guide you in returning home to yourself.

Suitable for all levels. Come with your heart open.

TIME: 6.30PM TO 8PM. 90MIN CLASS

$30 PER PERSON, limited to an intimate number of six.
